This page explains how Eventus Technologies Limited and its regional entities use service providers to process data in connection with SIEM+.
Data Processing Agreements
Where we process personal information on behalf of a customer, we act as a data processor or service provider and the customer remains responsible for determining the purposes and lawful basis of processing. We support customers that require contractual data protection terms, such as Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), subject to the applicable order form or service agreement.
Our DPA terms address matters including documented instructions, confidentiality, security measures, assistance with data subject requests, personal data breach notifications, deletion or return of data, and the use of subprocessors.
Service providers and subprocessors
Depending on the services and features used, we may use the following providers to process or store data on our behalf:
- OpenAI for selected AI and language-processing capabilities.
- Anthropic (Claude) for selected AI and language-processing capabilities.
- DigitalOcean for infrastructure, hosting, storage, and related operational services.
- Google Workspace for business communications, collaboration, and document or support workflows.
These providers may change as our services evolve. We require providers that process data on our behalf to maintain appropriate confidentiality, security, and data protection measures, and to process data only for the services they provide to us.
International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries outside your place of residence. We use appropriate contractual and organisational safeguards for international transfers, as described in our Privacy Policy.
